Shipping + Handling

Delivery is fulfilled by professional delivery company as DHL or UPS Unless stated otherwise in the product description, our delivery time is within 5-14 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order payment. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive your order’s tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier’s tracking portal.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Shipping costs for orders fulfilled in Berlin are:
Germany : 10 euro
Rest of EU : 15-20 euro (there may be exceptions)

Rest of the World : 30 euro

Shipping costs for orders fulfilled in fulfilment centers other than Berlin are calculated live and displayed at checkout with your order.
